Activity history |
The University of St. Andrews Act 1953 had dissolved the governing bodies of University College, Dundee and placed the government of the new College, namely Queen's College, in the hands of the remodelled Court of St. Andrews University. The College was allotted no governing body or executive committee management functions but a College Council was established to which various duties of a local character were assigned by the act and could be assigned by the University Court and Senatus Academicus as occasion arose. |
