It does not appear that individual student records containing information about the whole college career of each student were compiled. However, limited personal information about students was recorded in the class registers by the professors in charge of each class. It appears that various student statistics were compiled from the information in these registers, presumably by the secretary, and were reported to the managers. Total numbers of students and other statistics are recorded in the managers' minutes and the calendars.
