Lecturers

Timetables for classes were drawn up by the committee of management (replaced in 1879 by the council) with the assistance of the secretary. From 1879, the newly appointed principal was also involved. Timetables of classes for the ensuing session were published in the annual reports.

Attendance records for the various classes were compiled by the lecturers. It is probable that they also compiled class lists but there are none surviving to prove this.
